How to Apply Seismic Griptape:
 
 
I recommend using a heat gun when applying the grip tape. This makes the adhesive tackier and helps it bond well to your board. Don't heat the grip tape while the paper backing is still attached. Otherwise, the backing may stick to the grip tape, making it much harder to remove.
